Healthy Heart

   Since the birth of my son, Jacek last October, I have grown increasingly interested in my health. I want to live a long, healthy life and be able to spend as much time as I can with my children, even at an old age someday.
    I have been trying new things, such as going jogging in the morning, which is both great for Jacek and myself. He enjoys seeing the colors as we pass by houses, and I can't even begin to describe how much better I feel. I have been drinking a protein shake for breakfast each morning, which gives me energy and makes me feel great. Just this hour of exercise each morning has made my days so much more enjoyable!
   I would encourage everyone to start doing something active each day, even for a mere 20 minutes. It will increase your moods, your strength and your patience! :)
